Well, my High School career is nearly at an end...only a semester left, and then I'm away from being a minor forever ><; I'm going to miss my childhood so much. No more watching cartoons all day, playing video games....nope, I'm going to have to have full adult responsibility now. OTL
Ever since High School started, I've always been torn with what I've wanted to be. At first I wanted to be a Vet, but then I realized that I couldn't handle it when animals are in pain. Then I thought about just being an artist, but I know that there are so many others out there that are far better than me, and it's hard to be motivated to do that when you're surrounded by artists that are so much better than yourself. I hate the feeling, but I just feel so envious because it seems like they don't even have to try and BAYAM, art, where with me, I have to work my ass off just to get a decent sketch. Then I wanted to be a Forensic Scientist, but failing my AP Bio Exam last year really put a downer on that too. I love the stuff, it just won't stick, no matter how hard I try to get the information to stay in my brain. I've never been good at anything without working hard at it. I've never had a natural gift with something.
So, I've decided to join the United States Air Force once I can. It's honestly the only route that I can see open, and the only thing I need to do to actually qualify to get in is to lose 40 pounds. I've talked to a recruiter, and that's the only thing he told me that is holding me back. Which, all that takes to lose the weight is hard work, and since I've had to do that to get anything I want in life anyways, it shouldn't be too much different than normal. It will also (hopefully) give me more time to figure out what I want to do with my life, whether it be staying in the service or something else entirely.
I know that no one reads my journals anyways, but I just really felt the need to get this off my chest. Maybe this is what's been weighing on me for so long..

Hi guys XD haven't had an ACTUAL journal for a while, huh? Well, I've had a ton of time on my hands, but I've really just been doodling, not much that really qualifies to be posted... XD Uuuuuh school started a few months ago, as most of us already know XD; It's actually a really easy year for me, the only hard class I'm taking is AP Spanish 4...so, what about everyone else? How's life, guys? XD
Oh, I started playing Persona 3 last week, and it's sooooo fun XD The main character looks so EMO though! But he's still cool. And Yuri Lowenthal voices him, so that's cool too~ I don't like many of the girls in the game, but the ones that i do happen to like are better than most in P4 (In my opinion, anyways).

School is starting on Wednesday, which I am not looking forward to (but then again, who is.) and I feel like a stupid little emo child over something that is really not worth getting worked up over, since I'm pretty positive it was unintentional, but hey, I'm stupid like that, so I do it anyways. And of course, on top of that, the softball travel team I have been a part of for the past two years or so disbanded, which I took pretty hard, considering we were all like a family on that team and I had worked my ass off over the years to actually be good enough to play with them. Some of us are staying together and forming a new team, but I already know that it just won't be the same. I'm going to miss the 5 hour drives to wherever and the afterparties in everyone's trailers and the naps together in between games...I'm going to miss it all. I mean, yeah, there's still high school to play with them (since a majority of the team was from my High School's team), but a majority of us are seniors, and for us, that's it. That's the last time we will play together. And for me, it's probably the last time I will play EVER, because I can't compete with half the girls that will be in college, and even if I managed to somehow play in college, I both physically and mentally would probably break down sooner or later.

I really just don't know what the hell I'm going to do with my life after this year. Seriously. Can someone just shoot me in an accidental drive-by, or give me a gas leak in my house, or hit me with their car, please? I would really appreciate it.
